  • Does your content explain how you can help people solve their problems and get them closer to their goals?
  • Does it help your potential customers answer questions they have or find information on things they might be unaware of?
  • Does it highlight your unique selling points and how you’re different?


  • Do you have a collection of positive reviews or testimonials from satisfied customers?
  • Do you have case studies that showcase successful outcomes you helped achieve?


  • Do you have a clear brand message, tone of voice, and visual identity that aligns with your business and what it stands for?
  • Is your branding consistent across your website, social media profiles, and marketing materials?


  • Is your website easy to get around and find relevant information on?
  • Is it crystal clear what people have to do to contact you or work with you?
  • Will visitors have a positive experience using it?


  • Do you have an email list of past, present, and potential future customers that you keep in touch with regularly?
