**While we do our absolute best to ensure websites under our care remain online 24/7 (from our experience this is usually the case), very occasionally things go wrong so 100% uptime is not realistic. The best we can offer is 99%.

There is no lock in contract for any of these packages and you are free to cancel any time. These packages are offered on a subscription basis and are paid monthly in advance by credit card.
